Chery New Energy Tops 470,000 H1 Sales; New Models & Overseas Expansion Accelerate
Chery Group released its H1 2026 new energy sales figures: cumulative new energy vehicle deliveries reached 475,238 units from January to June, a year-on-year increase of 32.3%. June single-month sales hit 113,583 units, surging 58.7% year-on-year with momentum still rising.
Chery has ramped up new energy product iteration this year; over 90% of all-new models launched in H1 are electric, forming a full product lineup spanning price points from 50,000 to 500,000 RMB. Flagship releases include the all-new QQ3, iCAR V27, Exeed EX7, Zongheng G700 and Zhijie V9, covering diverse market segments.

Segment highlights stand out: the new QQ3 recorded monthly sales above 10,000 units for three consecutive months; the iCAR V27 ranks as the top-selling 200,000-yuan extended-range SUV; the Zhijie V9 secured over 18,000 pre-orders within just 21 days of launch; the Exeed EX7 targets premium performance segments, while the rugged off-road Zongheng G700 has gained traction in high-end Middle Eastern markets.
Overseas sales serve as a core growth driver for Chery New Energy. January–June new energy exports jumped 164.9% year-on-year; from January to May, European new energy deliveries skyrocketed 458.62% year-on-year, with half of all Chery vehicles sold in Europe being electric models.
