Recently, Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL), Antong Holdings Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen Gangteng Interconnection Technology Co., Ltd. officially signed a tripartite strategic cooperation agreement in Ningde. The three parties plan to integrate their core advantages in battery technology, logistics networks, and solution sectors to jointly drive the clean and low-carbon transformation of the logistics and transportation industry.

Antong Holdings will leverage its nationwide logistics network and advantages in multimodal transport scenarios. Gangteng Interconnection will provide an innovative battery-swapping business model and support for the construction of charging and swapping networks. CATL will supply customized power battery products and offer full-life-cycle battery health management services. This collaborative model aims to create a greener, more reliable, and cost-effective green logistics service for end customers, helping them achieve sustainable transportation goals.
