On May 26, Ferrari globally debuted its first all-electric supercar, the Luce, at the "Calatrava Sail – City of Sports" in Rome. Breaking from tradition, Ferrari did not lead the design with its in-house center, instead commissioning LoveFrom, the studio co-founded by Sir Jony Ive and Marc Newson, to craft both exterior and interior. The brand explicitly stated this cross-border collaboration aims to break conventional thinking and forge a new design language for Ferrari’s electric era, imbuing the Luce with a distinct design DNA from its inception.

Performance-wise, the Luce lives up to Ferrari’s supercar legacy. It features a four-motor drive system, delivering 0-100km/h acceleration in just 2.5 seconds and 0-200km/h in 6.8 seconds. A 122kWh high-capacity battery pack provides a comprehensive range exceeding 530km, striking a rare balance between blistering performance and practical range among electric supercars, and demonstrating Ferrari’s commitment to electrification.
