BYD, Amap Form Strategic Partnership for Ultra-Fast Charging
BYD and Amap have officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement, with the two parties focusing on the core of "ultra-fast charging + mapping" to jointly solve the travel and charging pain points of new energy vehicle users. This cooperation represents an in-depth integration between a digital travel service platform and a leading new energy vehicle manufacturer. BYD’s high-density ultra-fast charging network covering the whole of China, paired with Amap’s mature positioning technology and real-time data capabilities, creates a deep complement of core strengths between the two parties, fundamentally alleviating users’ range anxiety.

BYD’s second-generation Blade Battery paired with its ultra-fast charging technology delivers impressive hard power: it takes only 5 minutes to charge the battery from 10% to 70%, and just 9 minutes to go from 10% to 97%. Even in a low-temperature environment of minus 30 degrees Celsius, the charging time from 20% to 97% is only 3 minutes longer than at room temperature, with exceptional low-temperature charging performance. Now users only need to search for "BYD Ultra-Fast Charging" on Amap to quickly locate nearby charging stations and access one-click ultra-fast charging services, with greatly improved convenience.
