Tesla announced its global Supercharger network has surpassed 80,000 units, making it the first EV brand to reach this milestone. It took less than 10 months to grow from 70,000 to 80,000 units, with 2,500 new connectors added in Q1 2026 (over 27 per day). The Chinese mainland now has more than 2,500 Supercharger stations and 12,000 connectors, roughly 15% of the global total.
