Luxury new energy vehicle brand FREELANDER will officially launch in Shanghai on March 31, where it will announce its global brand strategy and technology blueprint, marking the rebirth of an iconic name in the electric era.

Born from a strategic cooperation between Chery and Jaguar Land Rover, FREELANDER will use Chery’s EV platforms, operate independently from Chery and JLR’s existing lineups, be built at the Chery Jaguar Land Rover Changshu plant, and launch products in China with future overseas exports planned.
