RoboSense recently announced that its EM4 LiDAR has maintained a leading position in the high-end intelligent driving perception hardware track with its industry-unique customizable line count ranging from 520 to 2160.

As the first product of RoboSense's all-new digital EM platform, the EM4 is equipped with SPAD-SoC and VCSEL chips, integrating a number of advanced technologies such as crosstalk cancellation, full-working-condition photoelectric signal processing and lossless data compression, which restores the real 3D scene with high definition. It can accurately provide customized solutions of different specifications such as 520, 720, 1080 and 2160 lines according to automakers' needs. Taking the 1080-line version as an example, the EM4 boasts a maximum angular resolution of 0.050°×0.025° and an ultra-long detection range of up to 600 meters, capable of clearly detecting tires 180 meters away, black cartons 250 meters away and traffic cones within 300 meters.
