Audi has officially unveiled the official images of the 2026 Audi RS5 family. The new car features minor design tweaks to accentuate its sporty styling. Notably, it is the first model in the Audi RS lineup to adopt a plug-in hybrid system, powered by a 2.9L V6 twin-turbocharged engine paired with a 130kW electric motor integrated into the transmission, and a 22kWh battery pack. The upgraded 2.9L V6 twin-turbocharged engine generates a maximum output of 510 horsepower, and combined with the integrated electric motor, the total system output reaches 639 horsepower, enabling the 3.6-second 0-100km/h sprint. The new car is also fitted with a 22kWh battery pack, boasting an all-electric range of over 80 kilometers. In addition, it comes with an all-new Quattro system featuring the world's pioneering dynamic torque control technology, which can distribute up to 2000 Newton-meters of torque between the left and right rear wheels in just 15 milliseconds.
