Stellantis Loses Over RMB 150B in H2 2025, Suspends 2026 Dividend
Media reports reveal that Stellantis has pre-released its Q4 2025 financial data, with losses in the second half of 2025 reaching 19 billion to 21 billion euros (equivalent to approximately RMB 155 billion to 172 billion). In light of the losses, Stellantis has decided to suspend dividend payments for 2026 and plans to issue hybrid bonds to raise up to 5 billion euros to maintain its balance sheet. Stellantis expects its overall adjusted operating margin target for 2026 to be in the low single digits.

On February 6 local time in the US, shares of Stellantis N.V. (STLA.US), the world's fourth-largest automaker, plummeted after the US market opened, dropping over 26% intraday and closing down 23.79%. Earlier, the company's shares on the French market (STLAP.PA) once crashed nearly 30% and closed 25.24% lower on the same day. On February 6 local time, Stellantis announced it would book a huge transformation expense of 26 billion US dollars (equivalent to 22.2 billion euros or RMB 180.4 billion).
