Recently, a set of spy shots of the interior of the new-generation BMW 3 Series has been exposed online. The new car inherits the digital cockpit design adopted by the latest generation of models, boasting a strong sense of technology. It is understood that the overseas version of the new-generation BMW 3 Series will officially enter production this year. Specifically, the new car will debut the Panoramic iDrive Horizon Projection Display, which uses ultra-short-throw projection technology to form a nearly 40-inch, 4K resolution projection screen on the windshield with a contrast ratio of 100,000:1. Equipped with a nano-coated windshield, its P-light reflectivity is twice the industry average, ensuring clear display of navigation, vehicle status and other information even when wearing polarized sunglasses, with an imaging distance of 4 to 9 meters.

In addition, the all-new BMW i3 is scheduled to start production at the 103-year-old Munich plant in the second half of 2026, and will also be produced at plants in China and Mexico. There are reports that the i3 Touring (NA1) is more likely to be launched in 2027. Meanwhile, BMW is making final refinements to its sedan lineup. The official has confirmed that the all-new i3 will make its debut first in 2026, followed by the 3 Series later that year. To meet the needs of different consumers, the new models will include M Performance and M high-performance versions equipped with inline-six-cylinder gasoline engines. Even the i3 will launch M Performance and M variants.
