On December 15th, XPeng Motors signed a cooperation agreement with Malaysia's EPMB Group, officially launching a localized production project in Malaysia. This is XPeng's third global localized production project following Indonesia and Austria. As planned, the project will achieve mass production in 2026, aiming to build a strategic hub serving the entire ASEAN right-hand-drive vehicle market.

From January to October this year, XPeng Motors successfully ranked among the top six pure electric brands in Malaysia in terms of sales; among them, the XPeng X9 claimed the sales championship of high-end electric MPVs in Malaysia in September. In the future, XPeng Motors will further promote its localization strategy in Southeast Asia, providing higher-quality products and services for regional consumers.
