BYD and PaXini Tech – a tactile sensing and humanoid robotics firm – have signed a strategic cooperation agreement at BYD’s global headquarters. Leveraging their respective technological and industrial strengths, the two sides will deepen collaboration in data collection and robotics R&D, focusing on driving practical deployment of robotics in industrial manufacturing scenarios to deliver substantive technological breakthroughs.

Xu Jincheng, Founder and CEO of PaXini Tech, Nie Xiangru, Co-founder of PaXini Tech, Luo Zhongliang, BYD Group Vice President and General Manager of the 15th Business Division & Commercial Vehicle Division, and Li Qian, BYD Board Secretary and General Manager of the Investment Department, attended the ceremony. Zhao Weibing, Director of BYD Future Lab, and Luo Xiaoheng, Chief Strategy Officer of PaXini Tech, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties. The partnership extends BYD’s footprint in intelligent manufacturing and marks an important exploration of humanoid robotics in industrial applications.
