GAC Group released cumulative production and sales data for the first seven months of the year, with total deliveries surpassing 886,000 units, a mild 1.28% year-on-year uptick. Its new energy segment delivered explosive growth: 311,700 cumulative sales, up 66.2% year-on-year, with energy-efficient and new energy vehicles accounting for 63.96% of total group volume, reflecting a rapid electrification transition. Exports saw an even more dramatic uptick: self-owned brand overseas deliveries hit 145,000 units from January to July, a 130% year-on-year jump that has already outpaced full-year export volumes from 2025.

Within joint ventures, GAC Toyota recorded cumulative sales exceeding 402,500 units through July, with 46,500 vehicles sold in July alone to remain the group’s top-selling marque. GAC Honda posted July sales of 11,686 units. For July specifically, GAC’s self-owned brands exported 23,575 vehicles, a 119% year-on-year increase. Overseas markets have become a vital growth engine fueling the group’s expansion, with strong upward momentum still intact.
