Genesis’ all-new flagship SUV, the GV90, will make its official debut at this month’s Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. As the brand’s first full-size luxury SUV, its launch will fill Genesis’ product gap in the high-end large-size SUV segment and complete its full SUV product lineup. Previously, Genesis’ European Managing Director Peter Kronschnabl confirmed in an interview that the GV90 will be the only model in its class fitted with standard carriage-style coach doors. Sharing the same design origin as Rolls-Royce’s iconic door layout, this structure greatly expands entry and exit space while delivering a heightened sense of luxury ceremony.

The debut GV90 is positioned as a large pure electric SUV. The brand is highly likely to roll out hybrid or range-extended variants later, but a pure gasoline version is basically not on the agenda. Its cabin design draws heavy inspiration from the Neolun concept car, adopting extensive purple interior trim. Instead of stacking premium materials in a blunt way, it builds a stylish luxury atmosphere through color matching and ambience creation, reflecting Genesis’ ambition to carve out a unique differentiated identity in the full-size luxury market.
