Ferrari 849 Testarossa Makes Domestic Debut with Mid-Rear V8 Twin-Turbo
On December 11th, the Ferrari 849 Testarossa made its domestic debut. As the successor to the Ferrari SF90 Stradale, this plug-in hybrid Berlinetta sports car is equipped with three electric motors and a mid-rear V8 twin-turbocharged engine, boasting a combined output of up to 1,050 cv—an increase of 50 cv over the previous generation.

At the core of the Ferrari 849 Testarossa Spider lies a redesigned twin-turbocharged V8 engine with a maximum output of 830 cv, taking performance to new heights. The new car features the largest turbocharger in Ferrari's production car history. Its hybrid system comprises one rear-mounted electric motor and two front-axle-mounted electric motors, with a total output of 220 cv. Combined with the on-demand four-wheel drive system and torque vectoring system, the new car unleashes extreme performance in all road conditions.
