Great Wall Motor’s ORA brand recently released teaser images of two new variants: the ORA 5GT and ORA 5 Sport. Both retain the brand’s signature retro family design, but receive a series of sporty exterior tweaks. The ORA 5GT, in particular, adds red accent details across the body for a bolder, more eye-catching look, clearly aimed at young buyers seeking personalized styling.

No changes have been made to the powertrain, which matches the current production model with a single electric motor delivering a maximum output of 150 kW. Based on the existing ORA 5, the battery options are expected to be 45.3 kWh and 58.3 kWh units, offering 480 km and 580 km of CLTC range respectively, more than sufficient for daily urban commutes. Essentially appearance package derivatives, the new variants give buyers more styling options without a significant price premium, making for a very practical product update.
