BYD Thailand has announced that cumulative deliveries of BYD new energy vehicles in Thailand have officially surpassed 130,000 units. Coinciding with the second anniversary of its Thai factory’s operation, the brand also opened pre-sales for the BYD SEALION 5 DM-i Standard Edition at 699,900 Thai baht, equivalent to approximately 142,100 yuan, further lowering the entry price of the model line.

The 130,000th vehicle delivered is the BYD SEALION 5 DM-i, handed over to Usa Samkham, the actress who played the grandmother in the Thai film *Letter to Grandma*, reflecting the high public recognition BYD has gained in the Thai market. Since entering Thailand, BYD has steadily increased its market share through localized production and a rich product matrix. The 130,000 delivery milestone is both a phased achievement and a new starting point, as the brand continues to deepen its localized layout.
