On July 14, Huawei Qiankun Intelligent Automotive Solutions released more cabin details of the Yijing X9, a flagship SUV co-developed by Dongfeng and Huawei. The model will come standard with HarmonyOS Cockpit HarmonySpace 6 across the lineup. Its highlight is the debut 17.2-inch Butterfly Dual Screen, with a 21:10 ultra-wide ratio, centered layout and vehicle-mounted soft display that eliminates glare in all lighting conditions, delivering far better display performance than ordinary in-vehicle screens.

Unlike common integrated continuous screens, this setup supports independent dual-screen interaction, giving the driver and front passenger separate, non-interfering screen spaces. The passenger can stream shows without craning their neck, while the driver can focus on driving-related information, giving both front occupants dedicated screen access. Combined with the smooth ecosystem connectivity of the HarmonyOS Cockpit, this cabin configuration is highly competitive among flagship SUVs, further raising anticipation for the co-developed flagship model.
